Refund Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
TickerTalk is operated by Kevin Ober. Subscriptions are billed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which handles all payments, invoices, and refund processing on our behalf.
14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every new TickerTalk subscription. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will refund the subscription fee in full, no questions asked.
The 14-day window applies from the date of the original charge. For renewals of an existing subscription, the same 14-day window applies from the renewal charge date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or from Paddle's customer portal at paddle.net. Cancellation stops all future billing. Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.
How to request a refund
The fastest way is Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net, where you can look up your order and open a refund request directly. You can also email us at support@tickertalk.app and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds outside the 14-day window
After the 14-day period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — for example, in the event of duplicate charges, a technical fault that prevented you from using the Service, or where a refund is required by applicable law. Contact us or Paddle and we will review your request in good faith.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence (for example, the EU / UK 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services).
